Day 1: Lombok
Dramatic mountains, beautiful beaches, coral reef islands, and a diversity of cultures give a special appeal to Lombok, a tranquil island just a 25-minute flight from Bali. You are met on arrival and escorted to your small, luxury resort exuding casual elegance. It is set on 24 acres of tropical gardens fronting a long, golden sand beach. Day 2: Lombok
Lombok’s intriguing cultural mix and elaborate religious architecture are the focus of a colorful day’s sightseeing. Travel to Ampenana’s grand Balinese palace and temple; Narmada’s Water Palace; and Mayura Water Palace with its graceful, multi-tiered shrines. In Sweta, the Hindu-Muslim Lingsar Temple is one of Lombok’s oldest, and is dramatically styled with motifs from both religions. The Oberoi Lombok (B)
Day 3: Lombok / Denapsar / Departs
Depart the varied and delightful world of Lombok, as you are transferred to the airport for your flight back to Bali where you connect to your onwards flight. (B)
